What are the responsibilities and job description for the Crossing Guard position at Lake Orion?
Daily Schedule:
Full School Days: 7:05 - 7:45 & 2:15 - 2:45
Half School Days: 7:05 - 7:45 & 10:15 - 10:45
Duties/Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Must communicate effectively
- Watch and listen for traffic
- Direct and stop traffic at school crosswalk area
- Assist children in safely crossing the street in crosswalk area
- Other duties as assigned
