Duties
- Maintain and update product listings with accurate descriptions, images, and pricing to ensure a seamless shopping experience
- Assist customers via online chat by providing product information, answering inquiries
- Manage stock levels by monitoring inventory, stocking shelves and coordinating with warehouse teams for replenishments
- prepares online customer orders for shipment by accurately picking, inspecting, packing, and labeling products.
- Assist "Behind-the-scenes" during live show presentations.
Skills
- Must have power tool knowledge.
- Order processing experience, packing, labeling etc.
- Supervising experience or leadership skills to assist team members when needed
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and customer service orientation
- Fast paced environment
- Ability to perform retail math accurately for transactions, and inventory counts
- Knowledge of merchandising techniques and stock management practices
- Bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
