We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Trade Organization Administrator to lead the coordination and management of our trade association activities. This vital role involves overseeing administrative operations, planning and executing events, managing vendor relationships, and supporting the overall efficiency of our organization. Duties
- Coordinate and plan industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote member engagement and organizational goals
- Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance on office procedures, workflow, and team development
- Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts, overseeing service delivery, and maintaining quality standards
- Oversee scheduling for organizational activities, meetings, and resource allocation to ensure optimal time management and attend all events (monthly events)
- Handle bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to maintain accurate financial records
- Support human resources functions such as onboarding new staff, managing payroll processes, and maintaining personnel files
- Maintain organized filing systems for records, correspondence, and documentation related to trade activities and memberships

Skills
- Proven experience in event planning with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work with multiple personalities and members in coordinating their volunteer efforts.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial recordkeeping and budgeting tasks
- Excellent schedule management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Vendor management expertise including contract negotiation and relationship building
- Expertise to communicate with members by creating a newsletters, flyers for events.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
