Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient office procedures, managing schedules, and supporting staff in various administrative functions. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. You must be fluent in QuickBooks (we use Enterprise for Contractors)

- Maintain professional phone etiquette while managing incoming calls and inquiries.
- Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance skills and productivity.
- Plan and organize company events, meetings, and other activities as needed.
- Assist in budgeting processes by tracking expenses and managing vendor accounts.
- Paying and reconciling company credit cards monthly.
- Cash Flow Entry and balancing each week.
- Reconciling Bank Statements each month.
Requirements
- Proven experience in schedule management and office administration.
- Familiarity with construction practices preferred.
- Strong understanding of human resources processes.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Experience in training development is a plus.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and vendor management practices.
- Prior experience supervising staff or leading teams is advantageous.
