Our High-Volume Service Department has an IMMEDIATE NEED to hire EXPRESS LANE TECHNICIANS to perform oil changes, tire rotations, light line maintenance/ repairs, etc. Experience is required.

Responsibilities - Express Lane Technician:
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, balancing of tires, and battery testing
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance
- Make accurate use of the multi-point inspection form on each vehicle
- Perform various Express Service repairs and maintenance such as brake pad replacement, alignments, Wynn’s flushes, basic tune-ups, shocks & struts, hoses, wheel bearings, and simple diagnostic work, and other entry-level repairs approved by service management.
- Utilize product and technical training as assigned by the manufacturer and management
- Take care to ensure that customer vehicles are returned to them in the same condition or better than when brought in
- Ensure that customers' cars are kept clean. Notifies service advisor immediately of anything that has happened to change the appearance or condition of the vehicle.
- Check tire pressure and add air if needed.
- Keep the shop area neat and clean.
- Report any safety-related issues immediately to management
- Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training, programs, and schools.
- Continuously expand your knowledge of new technologies and practice
- Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements - Express Lane Technician:
Express Lane Tech, Lube Tech, Auto Maintenance experience required- Automotive Technical School Certifications preferred
- Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram experience a plus!
- Automotive operational knowledge/working knowledge of shop equipment is preferred
- A positive attitude and good work ethic
- Team oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
- Valid driver's license and insurable
- High school diploma or equivalent
