Position Goal
Lead the used car dealership to financial success by meeting sales targets, maximizing customer satisfaction, and managing daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations & Control: Conduct daily lot check-arounds, secure customer funds, manage payroll, and log expenses in Google Sheets.
- Sales & Marketing: Analyze the sales funnel, personally help close deals, manage inventory turnover, and handle online reviews.
- Service Coordination: Inspect incoming vehicles, scan diagnostic trouble codes, and audit repair shop workflows.
- Team Management: Hire and onboard staff, set weekly quantitative quotas, and lead daily stand-up meetings.
Job Requirements
- Experience: Proven management experience in the automotive industry or a repair shop or other management experience
- License: Valid Driver's License.
- Skills: Advanced knowledge of vehicle parts, diagnostics, market valuation, and sales negotiations.
- Data & Software: Ability to analyze sales figures and proficiency with CRMs, listing platforms, and Google Sheets.
- Accuracy: High attention to detail for managing paperwork like vehicle titles and bills of sale.
