Responsibilities

- Use hand tools, roller brushes, brushes, and spray equipment to apply paint and coatings accurately.
- Operate power tools safely for surface preparation and finishing tasks.
- Apply structural and surface coatings with precision to ensure durability and aesthetic appeal.
- Use ladders safely to reach high or hard-to-access areas during painting projects.
- Perform construction painting surface preparation to ensure optimal adhesion of paints and coatings.
- Execute coating applications on various surfaces, including walls, ceilings, and structural elements.
- Follow all safety protocols diligently to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and team members.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn new techniques, tools, and industry standards to enhance skills over time.
Requirements
- Experience with paint sprayers, roller painting, brush painting, and surface preparation is preferred.
- Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, ladders, and spray equipment in a construction or painting environment.
