Lake Michigan Superior Detail is hiring motivated individuals to sell mobile detailing services across West Michigan.
We service everything on wheels — including cars, trucks, SUVs, RVs, boats, and trailers — bringing professional detailing directly to the customer.
This is a commission-based, independent contractor role. You will be working in the field, speaking directly with potential customers and closing sales.

What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day):
- Go into assigned neighborhoods, apartment complexes, RV parks, and marinas
- Approach potential customers and start simple conversations
- Offer mobile detailing services based on their vehicle needs
- Help customers choose a service package
- Close deals and collect deposits
- Submit job details for scheduling (our team handles the labor)

- Interior detailing (deep cleaning, stain removal, odor treatment)
- Exterior detailing (wash, bug/tar removal, tire shine)
- Add-on services (wax, polish, protectants, etc.)
These are high-demand services that customers already need — you’re simply bringing it to them.

Pay Structure (Performance-Based):
- Average reps: 25% – 35% commission
- Consistent performers: 40% – 55%
- Top closers / self-generated deals: up to 70%
Average job size: $275 – $675
High-ticket jobs: $1,250 – $1,750
Typical earnings:
- 2–4 sales/day = $150–$500/day
- Top performers can exceed $1,000/week
Earnings are based entirely on performance and effort.
