Join Lake Lawn Resort as a Set-Up Attendant and help bring events to life. In this hands-on role, you’ll set up and break down meeting rooms, banquet spaces, and special events—ensuring everything is ready, organized, and guest-ready.
Position Details
- Employment Type: Part-Time
- Shift: Flexible (Morning availability required, weekends as needed)

What You’ll Do
- Set up and break down meeting rooms, banquet spaces, and event areas
- Arrange tables, chairs, risers, and equipment according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
- Skirt tables and prepare rooms to established standards
- Reset rooms between events and ensure readiness for upcoming functions
- Move equipment, furniture, portable dividers, and event materials as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of banquet rooms, storage areas, and public spaces
- Stock supplies and ensure rooms are fully prepared for events
- Assist banquet staff during events when needed
- Report maintenance or equipment issues to leadership
- Occasionally operate company vehicles or golf carts
What We’re Looking For
- Previous event setup, banquet, or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Ability to work early mornings and flexible schedules
- Strong work ethic and ability to stay active throughout the shift
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to follow directions and work efficiently under time constraints
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Frequent lifting, pushing, and moving equipment
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
