Marine Customer Service Representative

As a Marine Service CSR / Service Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing friendly and professional customer service to boaters and visitors.
• Coordinating service appointments and managing schedules for marine repairs and maintenance.
• Acting as the main point of contact for customers, keeping them informed about the status of their service requests.
• Assisting with administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate records and processing payments.
• Collaborating with the service team to ensure timely and efficient completion of work.
• Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, service coordination, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• A passion for providing top-notch service and creating positive customer experiences.
