ResponsibilitiesAs the Lead Marine Detailer, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the quality and appearance of our fleet and customer vessels. You’ll oversee and perform professional boat detailing services, ensuring every boat looks its best and is ready for the water. In this leadership role, you’ll also guide and support a small team of detailers, ensuring high standards of work and efficient operations. This position requires hands-on expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
