Duties
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food orders to guests
- Assist servers by bussing tables, refilling beverages, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas
- Present dishes attractively and consistently before serving
- Support food preparation tasks as needed, including plating, garnishing, and preparing our Cole slaw, Taco Slaw, and other signature foods.
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and billing
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction
- Uphold food safety standards by handling food properly and maintaining hygiene protocols

Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred, including serving or bussing roles, but we love to hire the right attitude and train.
- Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and proper sanitation practices
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Kitchen or culinary experience, including cooking or food preparation skills, is advantageous
- Hospitality background such as hotel or banquet experience is beneficial but not required
- Demonstrated commitment to excellent guest services and customer satisfaction
