Job Summary:
The Dean of Counseling & Upper School Associate Director of Student Services serves as a key member of the Upper School (US) administrative team and provides strategic leadership for the school-wide counseling program (PK–12), while directly overseeing student support services in the US. This role ensures a cohesive, developmentally appropriate counseling continuum across all divisions and supports the academic, social-emotional, and behavioral well-being of students. In the US, the Associate Director provides administrative leadership, works closely and collaboratively with the administrative team and US faculty and staff, supervises student services programs, and supports faculty growth and student accountability and well-being.

Education/Experience:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or closely related field required.
- Minimum of three years of experience in school counseling, mental health counseling, or closely related student support role required.
- Minimum of three years in an administrative leadership role required.
- Experience in independent or college-preparatory school settings preferred.
