Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Coordinator to join our team! Duties

  • Manage daily office operations, including front desk responsibilities, billing and insurance, and greeting patients with professional phone etiquette.
  • Coordinate scheduling and calendar management for team work schedules, appointments, and company events to optimize productivity.
  • Support human resources functions such as onboarding new staff, maintaining employee records, assisting with payroll processing using electronic time software, and coordinating training & development initiatives.
  • Coordinate clerical staff when applicable; oversee systems, document management, and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
  • Maintain efficient office management practices to improve workflow; implement process improvements as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively across various responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to interact professionally with staff, vendors, and patients.
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets and a high comfort level with learning new applications.
  • Supervising experience or team management skills to lead administrative staff confidently.
  • Experience working in medical or healthcare office settings is advantageous but not required.
  • Ability to manage schedules efficiently using calendar management tools; handle front desk duties with professionalism.
