Lake Haven Nursing and Rehab Center is looking to fill the position of Floor Tech.
The Floor Technician is responsible for the maintenance and attractiveness of floors, while accommodating the needs and safety of residents, staff and visitors.
Duties include:
Dust and wet mopping
Buffing, Stripping, and Waxing of floors
Cleaning baseboards (and other light maintenance).
Must also meet the following requirements:
Ability to stoop, bend, reach, lift, kneel, etc.
Able to work independently, without direct supervision, but under a supervisor's review.
Must be able to work well with others, be reliable and have a pleasant attitude.
