· Able to use iPad and demonstrate different lens options with patients

· Take custom measurements with iPad

· Proficient with the lensometer

· Proficient with pupilometer

· Proficient at troubleshooting an unhappy patient’s glasses

· Be able to handle an irate patient with patience and understanding

· Monitor patient orders and invoices

· Able to explain lens and frame technology

· Be able make critical and fast decisions on your own
