This is a full-time, on-site role for a Wound Care Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Lake Granbury Medical Center in Granbury, TX. The role involves providing specialized wound care services, assisting in patient care, and collaborating with other healthcare team members to develop and implement treatment plans. Additional responsibilities include monitoring patient progress, documenting care, and ensuring adherence to medical protocols and safety standards within the facility.
- Possession of a valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification
- Expertise in Nursing and specialized Wound Care procedures
- Experience in Patient Care and the ability to provide compassionate, high-quality care to diverse patients
- Familiarity with Home Care processes and practices is an advantage
- Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in wound care or a similar specialty role is highly desirable
- CPR certification required; additional certifications in wound care are a plus
