We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Youth Cheerleading Coach to lead our cheer squads. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a strong foundation in cheerleading techniques. This role involves instructing practice sessions, choreographing routines, and preparing teams for performances and competitions.
Lead and supervise weekly cheerleading practices, ensuring a safe and engaging environment.
Choreograph age-appropriate routines that incorporate cheers, stunts, and dance elements.
Instruct athletes on proper techniques, including jumps, stunts, and tumbling.
Prepare teams for local performances and competitions.
Foster a positive team culture that promotes respect, discipline, and enthusiasm.
Ensure all safety protocols are followed during practices and events.
*This role may involve evening and weekend work to accommodate practice and game schedules.
*This role is outdoor work, sometimes in various weather conditions.
Previous cheerleading experience (competitive or recreational) is required.
Experience working with children, particularly ages 4–15.
Ability to commit to one evening per week for coaching sessions.
Must be 16 years or older.
Enthusiastic, positive attitude with a strong desire to mentor young athletes.
$20.00/Hr.
