Benefits:
* Salary: $85,000-120,00 base, depending on experience and clinical outcomes, with generous bonus and monthly commission structure; earning potential is unlimited

Requirements:
*Motivated audiologist eager to solve problems, practice with purpose to get good outcomes, to make an impact on patient care and in the field of audiology.
* Interest in understanding entrepreneurship and learning how a private practice operates; interest in management or partnership preferred.

* Clinical Skills:
* Diagnostics, including audiometry, immittance, DPOAEs, speech-in-noise testing, and loudness discomfort levels, cognivue, tinnometer, education of the auditory system, diagnosis, prognosis.
* Proficient at education, selection, fitting of hearing aids, including programming, real ear verification, counseling, continued outcome improvements for speech in real time.
* Manage multidisciplinary aural rehabilitation plans in collaboration with medical colleagues with measurable outcomes.
* Proficient at cerumen removal using instrumentation, irrigation and/or suction.
* Proficient at earmold impressions, past second bend with a full helix. (highly desirable skill, as practice works with Sensaphonics making in-ear monitors and other hearing preservation devices)
Preferred, but open to training the right candidate:
* Proficient atLyric: education, evaluation, Lyric fitting, adjustments, outcome measures.
* Proficient at FFR.
* Proficient at Tinnitus: diagnostics, multimodal management, counseling, outcome measures and tinnometer.
* Musical experience or training.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess patients' hearing and balance disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and audiological assessments.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and sales teams to ensure optimal patient care and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with medical standards.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding hearing health and treatment options.
- Stay updated on advancements in audiology practices and technologies.
