As our Assistant Manager you'll have the opportunity to work side by side with the manager to maximize income while providing excellent customer service. While helping lead the staff to meet the needs of our future and current residents, you will be expected to aggressively collect income, provide financial reporting, and assist in day-to-day operations. Knowledge is power and we’ll support you to allow you to crush your goals.
A Day in the Life:
The Assistant Manager is responsible for being a primary first contact for resident payments and conflict resolution. This includes rental payments, bad debt collections, delinquency and finding new and innovative ways to grow other income. Assisting with move-in procedures as well as leasing as needed to support the manager for the overall success of the community. Are you a team player? Then this is the career for you.
Assistant Manager must haves:
- Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, e-mail and a familiarity with the internet required.
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions
- Detail oriented with excellent organization skills
- Delinquency, leasing, renewals, customer service , & marketing skills
- Yardi/CRM experience a plus
- Accounting background preferred
- Valid Drivers License & Proof of Insurance
- Minimum 2 years property management experience
