Lake Eustis Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Business Office Manager to oversee and enhance our administrative and financial operations. This key leadership role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is passionate about efficiency, accuracy, and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Partner closely with the Administrator to support and improve overall facility operations
Provide administrative and secretarial support across all departments
Coordinate and lead meetings with external agencies, including government entities and third-party payors
Build strong, positive relationships with residents and their families
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and handle sensitive information in compliance with privacy regulations
Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming front office experience
Support daily administrative functions including scheduling, correspondence, and account management
Ensure accurate and timely distribution of residents’ Personal Needs Allowance (PNA)
Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll in collaboration with corporate partners
Participate in Medicare meetings as the Business Office representative
Support Human Resources with administrative needs
Perform weekly banking duties and assist with facility errands and special projects
Provide front desk coverage as needed
Qualifications
Proven ability to analyze and interpret financial reports and data
Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and office systems
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a dynamic environment
Forward-thinking mindset with a focus on process improvement and innovation
Previous experience in a skilled nursing or healthcare setting preferred
