Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Kids Zone Supervisor to oversee the safe, fun, and engaging operation of our inflatable play area. The ideal candidate will ensure a positive experience for children and parents by maintaining safety standards, supervising staff, and promoting a fun, friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations of the Kids Zone, ensuring all inflatables are functioning safely and efficiently.

- Maintain a safe play environment by monitoring children’s behavior, enforcing safety rules, and intervening when necessary.
- Ensure the inflatables and surrounding areas are clean, properly maintained, and free of hazards.
- Lead, train, and support a team of attendants to provide excellent customer service and ensure smooth operation.
- Greet and assist children and parents, explaining rules, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Monitor and maintain guest flow, ensuring safe, timely, and orderly transitions between groups.
- Provide first aid when needed and report accidents or injuries according to company protocols.
- Perform routine checks on the inflatables, report maintenance or safety issues, and assist with repairs when necessary.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
- Previous experience working with children, ideally in a supervisory or recreational setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to inflatables and general child safety is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus on safety and customer satisfaction.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and engage actively with children for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and assist with inflatable setup and takedown.
- Comfortable working in an outdoor or indoor environment with varying temperatures.
Working Conditions:
Flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
