Lake Erie College, a small, co-educational, four-year, independent liberal arts college located in Painesville, OH, 30 miles east of Cleveland, invites applications for the full-time position of Enterprise Applications & Integrations Administrator. The Enterprise Applications & Integrations Administrator supports the institution’s core ERP system (Jenzabar One) and related enterprise applications. This role focuses on system administration, integrations, and data integrity across platforms such as Slate, JFA, JICS, and other campus systems. The position works closely with campus departments to ensure systems are reliable, secure, and aligned with institutional needs, while providing system support and guidance for enterprise applications. This role collaborates closely with IT staff and functional departments across the institution.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Administers and supports Jenzabar One (Desktop and Web) in production and test environments.

Configures system settings, workflows, and business processes.

Supports system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.

Maintains and troubleshoots integrations between Jenzabar One and systems such as Slate, JFA, ARMS, and JICS.

Monitors integrations, data flows, and scheduled processes.

Ensures data integrity through validation, auditing, and issue resolution.

Partners with departments to translate business needs into system solutions.

Provides system support and guidance for enterprise applications.

Supports reporting and data analysis.

Maintains role-based security and access controls.

Supports data governance and documentation of system processes.

Assists with backup, recovery, and continuity planning.

Performs additional system administration duties as assigned by the Director of Information Technology.
Qualifications:
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & KEY COMPETENCIES:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

3 years of experience supporting enterprise systems or applications.

Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Jenzabar, Banner, PeopleSoft, or similar).

Working knowledge of SQL or experience with data/reporting tools.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Experience with Jenzabar One (Desktop and/or Web).

Familiarity with higher education systems (Slate, JFA, JICS, ARMS, etc.).

Experience with system integrations and data exchanges.

Understanding of role-based security and access management.
