CREDENTIALS/CERTIFICATIONS - Valid CA SLP Services or Clinical or Rehabilitative Services: LSH Credential; - Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA CCC) and State Board SLP License (For Stipend - preferred, not required) EDUCATION Master's degree in Communication Disorders or equivalent from an accredited university/college DOCUMENTS REQUIRED Applicants are required to submit the following through Ed-Join prior to the position closing date/time: • Edjoin application • Letter of interest • Three current professional letters of reference (dated within the past 12 months) • Resume • Copy of California SLP services credential(s) (or equivalent) • Copy of transcripts • Copy of test scores (Basic Skills Requirement/CBEST) **All applicants must submit a completed Edjoin application with the attachments listed above to be considered.
All applicants must hold an appropriate credential authorizing speech therapy services OR hold a master's degree in communication disorders, meet the basic skills requirement, and hold a valid license from the Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Board. **As of January 1, 2025, in accordance with Education Code section 44939.5, jobseekers applying for Certificated positions are required by law to provide a complete list of every school district, county office of education, charter school and/or state special school they have previously been employed by, no matter the length of service. This includes any part-time and/or substitution work in addition to any full-time employment positions.
