What You’ll Do
As an HVAC Service Technician, you’ll be the face of our company, ensuring our customers receive top-quality service and expert solutions. You’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems — while providing friendly, trustworthy customer service.
Daily Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems (residential and light commercial)
- Perform system tune-ups, cleanings, and preventive maintenance
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding system issues and repair options
- Record accurate service notes and recommendations in company software
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and inventory of tools and parts
- Follow safety protocols and company service standards on every job
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of HVAC service or repair experience (preferred)
- EPA Certification required; NATE Certification a plus
- Strong technical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to quality workmanship

Schedule
- Monday – Friday, with rotating on-call schedule
- Occasional weekend availability
