As a wealth advisor at Lake Edge Wealth Advisors, you will offer comprehensive financial planning and advice to individuals and families. Your expertise will support a wide range of clients, from those just starting to save to those with significant wealth. You provide an exceptional client experience by offering advised solutions. This position would involve assisting the three locations with their current clients as well as empowering you to build your own book of business.

Job responsibilities
- Assist senior wealth advisors across the 3 Lake Edge locations in servicing and advising their clients.
- The main location for this role is in Green Bay. This would require occasional travel to Sturgeon Bay and Manitowoc (less than 50% of the time).
- Build a book of business and deliver personalized investment solutions to your clients by relying on leadership and relationship-building skills. This will be done with a consistent focus on relationship management, not portfolio management.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of financial markets and sound business judgement.
- Collaborate with senior advisors to refine and implement effective financial planning solutions.
- Exhibit unwavering integrity through trust-based relationships with clients that points toward doing right by clients at every opportunity.
- Provide a holistic view of clients’ needs and financial coaching beyond investments.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- At least 2 years in a Financial Advisor role or equivalent financial services experience.
- Demonstrated success in client acquisition and cultivating and maintaining client relationships.
- Commitment to providing solid advice with the philosophies and values of LEWA
- High ethical standards, discretion, compliance, accountability, and confidentiality to protect clients and the team.
· Professional and friendly demeanor with all communications: in person, via phone, text, and email.
- Demonstrated ability and commitment to goals-based planning and advice.
- A valid and active Series 7, Series 66 (63/65) license is required.
- A valid and active Life, Health and Long Term Care Insurance license is required.
- Certified Financial Planning (CFP®) certification will be required within 2 years of employment if not already obtained.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to communicate effectively
- Preferred: Servicing $10M in client assets that would be able to follow you.
Pay Range: $70,000 - $85,000
The salary range is dependent on a number of factors including the applicant’s skill and experience. This position is eligible to earn incentive compensation based on firm goals.
Additional information
Hours are 8:00 to 4:30 Monday to Thursday and 8:00 to 3:00 Fridays
Major holidays are off as well as Black Friday and Christmas Eve
