We are looking for an experienced Dental Assistant or Dental Assistant school graduate to join our friendly, patient‑focused team in Alexandria, LA.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during a variety of procedures
- Prepare treatment ops and ensure instruments and materials are ready and organized
- Take dental radiographs (X‑rays) and chart Dr. findings and notes
- Sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment according to office protocols
- Review treatment plans and help educate patients on procedures and home care
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients and team members
Qualifications:
- Previous experience or education as a Dental Assistant or in Dental field (no degree required)
- Familiarity with common dental procedures and chairside assisting
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
- Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented
Preferred (Not Required):
- EDDA certification is a plus
- Comfort representing the practice at community events or outreach activities
