What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance/Landscaping Manager position at Lake Creek Lodge?
Maintenance & Landscaping Manager
Join our summer camp culture at Lake Creek Lodge
Lake Creek Lodge is seeking a team member to add to our maintenance and landscaping team in beautiful Camp Sherman, Oregon. Home of the Metolius River, the Deschutes National Forest, and endless miles of hiking, fly-fishing and outdoor exploration, Camp Sherman is a quaint community just 15 minutes from Sisters and 45 minutes from Bend.
Lake Creek Lodge was the first resort in Central Oregon, established in 1924 in the historic community of Camp Sherman. We occupy a special place in the story of this region and we take that responsibility and legacy seriously. We also prioritize our guests' experience over everything: service and their impressions of our property are the most important things to us and managing those impressions rests, in large part, on the maintenance staff.
We want our maintenance team members to not only be incredible at their skills, we want our new team to be an integral part of our Lake Creek Lodge family. We’re a tight-knit group who love to work, laugh and play together. Our Maintenance Manager works closely with the managers of our other departments, including housekeeping, events, our restaurant, reservations, etc. to consistently deliver a world-class experience for our guests.
