Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role located in Waukegan, IL. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with clients to understand and fulfill their marketing needs. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, maintaining regular communication with clients, collaborating with the operations and production teams, and staying current on industry trends. The goal is to provide exceptional service while driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or a similar customer-facing role
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of marketing communication services such as printing, mailing, and warehousing fulfillment
- Ability to identify client needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs effectively
- Understanding of digital tools and technology applications in customized ordering solutions is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- An aptitude for problem-solving and addressing client concerns efficiently
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, demonstrating initiative and a results-driven approach
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
