LCPC ( Lake County Press Complete), is looking for an Account Coordinator to help manage assembly and mailing projects from start to finish. This role serves as an important link between customers, Sales, Customer Service, and Production, ensuring jobs are accurate, organized, and completed on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate assigned assembly and mailing projects from start to finish.
- Communicate with customers, Sales, Customer Service, and Production by phone, email, and other channels.
- Review job requirements and PSI job tickets to ensure accurate production instructions.
- Maintain job information and schedules.
- Monitor ProMail accounts and track orders through production to ensure accurate and timely shipment.
- Provide job status updates and proactively communicate potential issues or delays.
- Coordinate pickups and final deliveries as needed.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

- Previous experience in production, fulfillment, warehouse operations, inventory control, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with WMS or inventory management systems is a plus.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the workday.
- Ability to visually inspect products for quality and accuracy.
- Ability to lift and move materials, including up to 70 pounds as needed.
