Busy office in a growing environmental company is in need of a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team at our Willoughby office as an Office Assistant and Customer Service Provider. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, organization and the ability to multi-task.
ABOUT LAKE COUNTY GREEN
In business since 1999, Lake County Green has been working with commercial business to handle and dispose of hazardous and non hazardous waste. We also provide remedial work, transportation and supplies related to disposal. Lake County Green is a small company that values their employees and is looking forward to growing our business with an excellent team!
PURPOSE OF POSITION
Process and reconcile accounts payables AND accounts receivables.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sort through emails and prioritize tasks
- Perform weekly vendor check run and ACH payments
- Process pick up requests & update calendar
- Work with office team to put together quotes
- Complete waste profile forms
- Project management and tracking
- Filing and organization
- Work independently and with a team to manage customer accounts
- Other duties as requested
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 5 years office experience
- Minimum 2-3 years Quickbooks experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to manage, coordinate, & complete simultaneous activities and successfully prioritize tasks
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional computer skills
- Proficient in Microsoft programs (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
