We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Office Manager to help support and grow our busy automotive repair shop.
This position is focused on keeping the business organized, efficient, and running smoothly behind the scenes. We are looking for someone dependable who can take ownership of administrative and financial operations while helping support the overall team.
Responsibilities:
- QuickBooks data entry and bookkeeping
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Organizing and processing vendor invoices
- Reviewing and reconciling statements
- Payroll assistance and administrative support
- Managing paperwork and internal records
- Assisting with operational organization and workflow
- Communicating with vendors and suppliers
- Helping maintain accurate financial and business records
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Comfortable using computers and business software
- QuickBooks experience required
- Automotive industry experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
