Lake Country Dairy is an award winning Hard Italian Cheese manufacturing plant. We are proud to be a part of Wisconsin’s strong tradition of cheese making and our goal is to make the best cheese in the world!
We are growing and expanding our team of highly skilled and talented cheesemakers and operators! Be part of making award winning Mascarpone & Ricotta cheese. Work with cheese processing, automated packaging and sanitation systems & equipment. Responsibilities include operation of equipment, set up and adjustments of the machine, quality inspections, troubleshooting, paperwork and sanitation duties.
We have day shift (4A-4P) & night shift (4P-4A) positions available.
We run 24/7 and follow a 2-2-3 shift rotation:

Qualifications:
No experience necessary - we will provide all training and support! Must have a mechanical aptitude, strong time management skills with ability to multi task and have excellent attention to detail.
