Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role based in Coeur d'Alene, ID. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on interventions for pelvic floor dysfunction, oncology-related conditions, and women’s sports injuries. Daily responsibilities include conducting thorough assessments, documenting progress, coordinating care with other providers, and educating patients on home exercise programs and preventive strategies. The role also involves collaborating with the clinical team to ensure continuity of care, maintaining accurate medical records, and participating in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in women’s health physical therapy.
Qualifications
- Clinical expertise in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, with the ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Strong skills in Patient Care including patient education, safety, and adherence to therapy programs.
- Foundational knowledge of Medicine related to musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, and women’s health conditions.
- Current state license (or eligibility) as a Physical Therapist in Idaho.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent accredited degree.
- Preferred experience or specialized training in pelvic floor therapy, oncology rehabilitation, or women’s sports medicine.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong organizational skills, clinical documentation accuracy, and commitment to evidence-based practice.
