What are the responsibilities and job description for the Academic Interventionist position at Lake City Middle School?
The Academic Interventionist will provide systematic intervention to middle school students. The school interventionist's primary purpose is to improve academic performance by providing individualize instruction for students in grades 6-8, who have intensive instructional needs in Math and English. Interventionists will be responsible for planning and implementing lessons, as well as progress monitoring. Interventionists may be trained in specific interventions to be used with Anderson County students.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Education
• Valid Tennessee Teaching License
