Your Role
As an RN or LPN Supervisor, you will:
Oversee daily clinical operations to ensure residents receive the highest quality care.
Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff with professionalism and compassion.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
Maintain compliance with nursing standards, policies, and documentation requirements.
Respond promptly to changes in resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions.
Qualifications
Active Georgia RN or LPN license
Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
Strong clinical, organizational, and leadership skills
Compassionate, team-focused approach to care
