As an VP, Retail Banking Office Manager for our Granger Office, you will:
- Drive new business growth by leading service and sales initiatives, executing local campaigns, and participating in the bank's calling program to meet office goals.
- Oversee office staff to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with bank policies, while managing performance, scheduling, and staff development.
- Enhance office sales performance through regular reviews, coaching, and demonstrating effective sales techniques.
Required Qualifications Include
- Four-year college degree or equivalent experience required.
- Eight years of Retail Banking experience required.
- Must have the ability to pass the required NMLS registration process in accordance with the SAFE Act requirements.
- Working knowledge of the teller and deposit operations sales platform.
- In depth knowledge of bank office operations and an understanding of Lake City Banks policy and procedures, and how they relate to other areas of the bank.
