- Manage vehicle title documentation, including title receipt, tracking, perfection, releases, deficiency resolution, and record maintenance.
- Process paid installment loan files, prepare title releases, retrieve titles, and review loans for potential fee refunds.
- Monitor and process insurance documentation for real estate loans, ensuring accurate loan system updates and tracking.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Personal Computer competency with emphasis on Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- General office, typing and 10-key skills.
- Understanding of bank procedures and policies.
