What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mortgage Escrow Processor position at Lake City Bank?
Are you a well-organized, detail-oriented person interested in working behind the scenes? Do you want to work for a company that cares about your future? As a Mortgage Escrow Processor, you will:
- Receives and works incoming insurance premium notes. Pays insurance premiums for all escrowed policies.
- Acts as a liaison with an external vendor to manage homeowner's insurance for Lake City anker Mortgage loans, reviews and processes weekly reports.
- Researches and verifies all escrowed taxes; ensures prompt payment of property taxes on escrowed loans.
Basic Qualifications Include:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to be accurate with detail work while meeting daily deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Understanding of Bank procedures and policies.
- Previous mortgage processing experience preferred.
Hours:
- Monday-Friday: 8:00-5:00
