Lake Bryn Mawr Camp is a premier residential girls camp located in Honesdale, Pennsylvania. Our community is built on belonging, spirit, and meaningful traditions, and our healthcare team plays a critical role in ensuring a safe, supportive, and positive experience for our campers. We are seeking Registered Nurses and Nurse Practitioners who are caring, confident, collaborative, and energized by working with children in a community setting.
This is a seasonal, full-time, on-site role with housing and meals provided.
What You'll Do
- Provide professional, compassionate medical care to campers and staff for routine and acute needs
- Assess and treat minor illnesses and injuries using established protocols
- Administer scheduled and PRN medications
- Maintain accurate, confidential electronic medical records
- Communicate clearly with caregivers and camp leadership
- Collaborate with physicians, pharmacies, and fellow healthcare team members
- Participate in camp life and contribute to a supportive, joyful community
Qualifications
Required
- Active RN or NP license (any U.S. state; PA licensure support available)
- Ability to live on-site for the duration of the contract
- Commitment to child-centered, safety-focused care
- Professional judgment, discretion, and strong communication skills
Preferred
- Experience in pediatrics, school health, camp nursing, primary care, urgent care, or emergency medicine
- Comfort with electronic documentation systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a close, collaborative team
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting at $1,200 per week, based on experience and credentialing

Schedule and Contract Details
- Season: Mid-June through Mid-August (shorter contracts may be considered)
- Hours: Full-time, residential role with shared on-call rotation
