Lake Beverage is accepting applications for a Full Time Merchandiser to inventory store coolers, shelves, and displays; stores, prices, and restock merchandise displays in retail stores
This is a union position.
Qualifications:
- Take cooler, shelf, and display inventory to identify items to be replenished
- Gather merchandise from storage based on available space, merchandise at hand, customer demand, and/or advertised specials
- Stamp, attach, or change price tags on merchandise if required by store, referring to price list or shelf tags
- Stock selling areas and displays with merchandise
- Ensure that all product is properly rotated according to Born-On Date
- Ensure that our pricing and space is correct and looks for opportunities to advance our interests in either space, displays, or POS, and reports any out-of-stocks to salesman or supervision
- Check breakage and repacks. Organize the back-room inventory before leaving
- Set up advertising signs and display merchandise in shelves, coolers, or on floor to attract customers and promote sales
