Lake Chevrolet is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the Collision Center team!

Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Greet our customers as they enter our Collision Repair Facilty
- Respond to email inquiries and answer incoming customer calls
- Prepare & present estimates to our customers insurance agent
- Verify and check on the timeliness and accuracy of the necessary parts
- Provide updates and information to insurance agents and our customers on their vehicle repairs and claims process
- Manage our on-site rental & loaner vehicles for our Collision Center customers
- Process payments and policy deductibles
- Following up with customer after their repairs have been completed to ensure their satisfaction
- Maintaining existing relationships with insurance companies
- Establishing relationships with new insurance companies and agent
Salary : $20 - $22
