The Lake Area Free Clinic provides free medical and reduced fee dental services to the uninsured residents of Waukesha County. We are an independent 501(c)(3) organization providing medical care, labs, imaging, medication, transportation services, a referral network of specialists and insurance enrollment assistance, all at no cost.
We provide these services free of charge through the generosity of our many amazing volunteers. We service all of Waukesha County, plus the Oconomowoc Area School District.

The Lake Area Free Clinic is a volunteer-driven non-profit in Oconomowoc, WI that provides free health care to the uninsured of Waukesha county. We are currently looking for bilingual (Spanish/English) volunteers with an interest in the medical field. We will provide on-site shadowing and training for our volunteer medical interpreter role. Certification is not required. We have both day time and evening shifts available. The Lake Area Free Clinic is a dynamic and fun place and we are always excited to welcome new volunteers.
