We are seeking a 1st shift Sr. Weld Technician to join our growing location in Roseville, MN. If you have TIG/MIG experience and enjoy training and developing others, this may be the job for you.

Responsibilities
- Train new welders at our MN plants (Coon Rapids, New Hope, Roseville, and Vadnais Heights)
- Welding Audits to PQR. (all MN plants)
- Welding machine calibration (all MN plants) - annually w/ sub-contract
- New Part welding plan - working with the Engineering team
- Observes tests on welded surfaces, such as hydrostatic, x-ray, and dimension tolerance to evaluate weld quality and conformance to specifications. (Class A & B)
- Back-up and complete production welding duties on the fabrication floor, when the demand exists
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Certified Welding Instructor certification preferred.
- 5 years of experience in TIG, MIG welding
- Experience with Laser and Robotic Welder preferred
- Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team
- Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and a commitment to the mission
