Job Details
The wiring Technician ensures timely and accurate wiring of lifts and lift components per specifications and procedures.
Job Responsibilities:
- Clean lifts and parts to prepare them for shipment per provided schedule to meet or exceed customer’s expectations.
- Assemble electrical components and modules according to CAD drawings and photos.
- Soldering and de -soldering.
- Communicates to supervisor when assemblies need rework
- Uses computer and manufacturing software program to issue materials, report completed routers and view upcoming shipments
- Work in the department as a team member to produce products per manufacturing to exceed the production, quality goals.
- Move and handle materials as necessary.
- Perform routine cleaning to include sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down equipment, and participating in rotating schedule for cleaning bathrooms and break area.
- Keep work area neat and orderly.
Experience and Education
- High school diploma or GED – Required;
- 3 years of experience in electrical wiring, assembly environment.
- Familiarity with relay logic, wiring, and troubleshooting.
Preferred Experience
- Background in automotive electrical systems and wiring applications.
- Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience working with low -voltage electrical systems.
- Exposure to specialized or high -reliability environments such as motorcade or similar operations.
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Electrical wiring: 3 years (Required)
- Low voltage: 3 years (Required)
- Industrial maintenance: 3 years (Required)
