We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level AP Specialist to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their accounting career to build hands-on experience in accounts payable.

AP Specialist Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and processing all invoices for payment
- Managing vendor records and verifying wire/ACH payment information
- Responding in a timely manner to all inquiries regarding payment status or general questions from vendors
- Assisting with internal control activities (reviews, approvals, reconciliations, etc.)
- Assisting during month end closings
- Other Duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- Degree in accounting, business, or a related field preferred
- No prior accounts payable experience required — internships, coursework, or related office/customer service experience are a plus
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (through coursework or prior exposure)
- Comfortable learning new software; familiarity with Excel or accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, Bill.com) is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented
