Service Advisor – Noller Automotive Supercenter

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our dynamic service department and help provide an exceptional experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner and assist with their service needs.

• Accurately document customer concerns and vehicle issues.

• Communicate clearly with technicians and relay repair recommendations to customers.

• Prepare accurate repair orders, estimates, and invoices.

• Provide updates to customers throughout the repair process.

• Review completed work with customers and ensure satisfaction before vehicle delivery.

• Maintain knowledge of manufacturer warranty guidelines, recalls, and maintenance schedules.

• Build long-term relationships with customers by delivering outstanding service and follow-up.

• Work collaboratively with the service manager and technicians to achieve department goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within an automotive dealership preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office.

• A positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Clean background 

Physical and Work Requirements:

• Ability to sit, stand, and move between the service drive and office for extended periods.

• Regular computer and phone use.

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed.

• Some Saturday or weekend availability required.

• Exit and enter customer vehicles with ease
