Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner and assist with their service needs.

Accurately document customer concerns and vehicle issues.

Communicate clearly with technicians and relay repair recommendations to customers.

Prepare accurate repair orders, estimates, and invoices.

Provide updates to customers throughout the repair process.

Review completed work with customers and ensure satisfaction before vehicle delivery.

Maintain knowledge of manufacturer warranty guidelines, recalls, and maintenance schedules.

Build long-term relationships with customers by delivering outstanding service and follow-up.

Work collaboratively with the service manager and technicians to achieve department goals.
Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within an automotive dealership preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office.

A positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
