Overview
We are seeking a passionate and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media Coordinator. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support our marketing efforts and contribute to the visual identity of our brand. The Social Media Coordinator will work closely with the owner to create engaging content, assist with campaigns, and help us tell our brand story!
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Assist in the development of visual content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, and email campaigns. This includes creating graphics, product photography, and short videos showcasing our jewelry pieces and other products.
Social Media Management: Help manage and maintain our social media profiles, including content scheduling, tracking performance metrics, and more. Stay updated on current social media trends and make recommendations for improvement. Monitor and analyze marketing metrics, such as website traffic, social media engagement, and lead conversion rates.
Email Marketing: Support email marketing efforts by designing visually appealing email templates, writing compelling copy, and assisting in segmenting and analyzing email lists.
Brand Consistency: Uphold brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all marketing materials.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing strategies to help inform our marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Must be flexible and have reliable transportation.
- Must have 1 years experience in marketing, social media, content creation, or related field.
- A passion for jewelry and a creative eye for design aesthetics.
- Know and love our brand & product, connect with our customers and team using great communication and relationship building skills. Can back behind our brand and products.
- Must have strong leadership and people skills and take the initiative whenever necessary.
- Experience with design and team software (e.g., Canva, Lightroom, Google Suites).
- Basic photography skills and knowledge of photo editing software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, etc)
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
