About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This individual will play a critical role in advancing our brand, driving digital engagement, and supporting outreach strategies that amplify our mission. The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate closely with leadership to manage campaigns, proposals, develop compelling content, and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of integrated marketing strategies that align with organizational and program goals.
- Develop and manage engaging digital content (social media, email, website, graphics, videos, blogs, and articles) tailored to target audiences.
- Maintain and optimize social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn) to increase reach and engagement.
- Design and distribute newsletters, marketing materials, and campaign assets across digital and print channels.
- Promote events, training, and initiatives through targeted digital outreach and press announcements.
- Manage and update websites and online portals, ensuring resources are accurate, accessible, and culturally relevant.
- Collaborate with educators, community partners, and internal teams to align messaging and strengthen outreach efforts.
- Capture and source photos, videos, and stories from the community to highlight impact and build brand identity.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign metrics to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Research and apply digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to enhance communication strategies.
- Support marketing automation, content scheduling, and improvements in campaign efficiency.
- Contribute creative ideas to strengthen Laine Federal Education’s brand presence and visibility.
Qualifications
- Self-starter who is highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital media preferred.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills is a must!
- Proficient in content development
- Knowledgeable about social media trends and tools, and content management systems
- Project management experience and knowledge of web analytics and best practices
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms ie. Mailchimp

Pay: $50,413.52 - $65,000.00 per year
