Position: Ionic Capacitor Mobile Architect

Mobile Architect with strong and proven experience in Ionic‑based hybrid mobile development to architect, design, and lead enterprise‑grade mobile applications.
Ionic Angular Hybrid mobile experience is mandatory

Hybrid Mobile Application Development

Single codebase development for iOS and Android
Key Responsibilities
Lead the architecture and design of enterprise‑scale hybrid mobile applications using Ionic and Angular
Define mobile architecture standards, best practices, and guidelines
Ensure performance, scalability, security, and maintainability of hybrid mobile apps
Guide development teams through architecture reviews, code reviews, and mentoring
Work closely with product, UX, backend, and client stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Drive CI/CD, build, release, and deployment strategies for mobile applications
Handle complex technical challenges related to mobile performance, stability, and integrations
Participate in client discussions, provide architectural recommendations, and support decision‑making
Required Technical Experience
15–17 years of overall IT experience
7 years in mobile application development
5 years of hands‑on Ionic Angular experience
Strong understanding of hybrid mobile architecture
Experience integrating mobile apps with REST APIs
Knowledge of mobile security, offline storage, caching, and sync mechanisms
Experience with App Store & Play Store deployment processes
Working knowledge of native iOS and Android (for hybrid integration and architecture decisions)
